The Six Realms Have No Peace, Only Countless Sufferings.
Each of us has boundless ‘karma,’ which can be said to cover a great chiliocosm of endless space. Therefore, the Buddha said, “Beings migrate between the heavenly realms and the hell realms. When we have exhausted the karma of the heavens, and when the karmic conditions for the hells are ripe, we fall from the heavens to the hells.”
Conversely, when we have paid for the karma that brought us to hell, and when the causal conditions for the heavens are ripe, we will rise from the hells to the heavens once again. In this case, the heavens and hells have the same essence, which is greed, hatred and delusion. If greed, hatred and delusion are not eliminated, our karma will inevitably cause us to be subjected to the endless cycle of birth-and-death. One will be born into the heavens (namely the Realm of Sensuous Desire, the Realm of Form and the Realm Without Form) because of flawed good karma—or they will fall into the Three Wretched Realms because of evil causes and offences.
In this way, the essence of both good and evil is the same as it does not deviate from greed, hatred and delusion. One will be born into the Realm of Sensuous Desire by practising the Five Precepts and Ten Good Actions and be born into the Realm of Form and the Realm Without Form by practising the Four Dhyanas and Eight Samadhis. However, all sentient beings in the heavenly realms will fall in the end and are no different from those who commit the Five Gravest Karmic Transgressions and the Ten Evil Actions. So long as we exist in the Six Realms, we come and go endlessly. The Buddha tells us that this kind of suffering is like being trapped in a burning house, so he says "There is no peace in the Six Realms. It is like a burning house, full of countless and horrible sufferings!"
Therefore, it is best that we recite ‘Namo Amituofo’ now, as this will enable us to immediately receive the deliverance of Amitabha Buddha and gain rebirth in the Land of Bliss. If we exclusively recite ‘Namo Amituofo’, Amitabha Buddha will always embrace us. He will come to welcome us to the Land of Bliss at the end of our lives, regardless of whether we are in a coma or unable to recite the Buddha’s name due to sickness. The method is very easy since we only need to recite exclusively. (Master Huijing)
【三界無安-眾苦充滿】

我們每個人的「業」無量無邊,可以說遍滿三千大千世界,遍滿整個虛空,所以從天墮入地獄,又從地獄生天。天的業報盡,地獄的因緣到了,就從天墮地獄;地獄的苦報盡,生天的因緣到了,就從地獄生天。如此看來天上和地獄的本質是一樣的,都是貪瞋癡煩惱,貪瞋癡若沒有斷除,就難免隨業流轉,或因有漏的善業而生天,欲界天、色界天、無色界天,或因行惡-而墮入三惡道。
如此說來,善也好,惡也好,都一樣,因為本質沒有離開貪瞋癡。行五戒十善圓滿生欲界天,四禪八定生色界、無色界天,一樣還會墮落,和五逆十惡-沒什麼差別,來來去去,去去來來。這種苦,佛陀告訴我們,就像在火宅之中,所以說「三界無安,猶如火宅,眾苦充滿,甚可怖畏」。
因此,我們最好現在-就要念佛,能念佛,馬上-就可以接受阿彌陀佛的救度,今生今世就能往生-極樂世界。因為我們現在專一念佛,臨終時,不論是昏迷也好,病苦念不出佛號也好,阿彌陀佛都攝取不捨,都會來接引我們往生極樂世界,方法很容易,只要我們專一念「南無阿彌陀佛」就可以了。
